Rob Steadman has been a professional touring musician for over ten years as the drummer for the British Indie-Folk band Stornoway.
Over the course of his career, Rob has toured throughout the world: across the UK - including performing at Glastonbury Festival every festival year between 2009 and 2015, as well as performing multiple tours across Europe, Australia, Canada, and the US. He has performed in bars and clubs, festivals, forests, caves and cliff tops, and recorded in both bedroom studios and professional studios with the likes of George Shilling (Primal Scream, Bernard Butler, Yazz) and Gil Norton (Pixies, Foo Fighters, Patti Smith).
Rob now lives in New York City, continuing his professional pursuits behind the kit and in the studio with kingkween.
In addition, Rob works with young musicians, both as a Teaching Artist and Performing Arts Mentor, for MAD Academy at City As School.
